| River Bend Golf Course (River Tasalmi) is surrounded by homes, built in the 1990's through the early 2000's. They are very well taken care of and there is a minimal amount a of traffic in the neighborhood. Many of the homes back to the golf course and some front on or have views of a portion of the Sacramento River. A convenient south Redding CA. location is one of the highlights of this smallish subdivision.

at the South Bonnyview / Churn Creek Rd. exit.
