| Gold Hills Golf Course is surrounded by homes, building started in the
1980's and still being built today. One of
the great things about this area is that each home
was built independently, this allows a great
variety of homes and architectural designs
throughout the area. Some of the older homes are
having work being done to them to freshen
there appearances, although most of this is
involves the interior it helps maintain the values
in the area. The Gold Hills
subdivision is the largest golf course community
in the area.

location is in the northeast portion of Redding
CA,
just 1/2 mile off Interstate 5 from the Oasis Rd
exit you turn right on Gold Hills Drive, 1/2
mile and your at the clubhouse and neighborhood.
