Mount Shasta Resort Golf Course is a mountain course that has spectacular views of Mount Shasta on many of the holes and is loaded with character throughout the layout. Length is occasionally rewarded but only accompanied with laser like accuracy. The tight fairways and elevation changes make it a fun challenge. The course opened in 1993 and is designed by Jim Summers and Sandy Tatum. One key feature here is the resort aspect of this facility, with lakefront rooms available it makes a great get away for a few days. The Pro Shop Bar and Restaurant make it a very enjoyable respite.

The fairways and greens are kept in good condition, Occasional bunkers greenside throughout the course.

Trees, trees and more trees. Surprisingly enough once you've hit into them they are far enough apart that sometimes it's not to tough to get back into play.

#7, You must carry the water on this par 3.

#9 Tee shot, a very pretty slight dogleg with water to the left most of the way on this dogleg left.
