The location of Lake Redding Golf Course being right in downtown Redding makes this a great little par 29, nine hole course very convenient. In the summers they run night golf with glowing golf balls and cups (I need to try that).

The fairways and greens are primarily Bermuda with some Poa Anna. Occasional bunkers greenside throughout the course.

#2 Tee Shot is similar to a few holes on this short course, the trees make it a very tight shot.

#3 a 150 yard par 3 to a small round green that slopes front to back.
